Overseas Customer Delegation Visits Jinyuyuan Tire Factory

This week we had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation of long-term partners and potential distributors from overseas markets to our production base in Shandong. The visit gave both sides a chance to move from email conversations to a face-to-face discussion about products, quality and market planning.

A Full Walk Through the Production Process

Accompanied by our engineering team, the visitors followed the complete manufacturing flow: raw material inspection, rubber mixing, tire building, curing, and final quality control. At every station, our engineers explained the process parameters and the inspection points that keep product consistency stable from batch to batch.

Product Discussion and Sample Review

After the workshop tour, both teams sat down to review sample tires from our OTR, all-steel radial truck tire and motorcycle tire lines. The discussion focused on tread patterns for local road conditions, packaging requirements and delivery schedules for the coming season.
