Jinyuyuan Upgrades Curing and Testing Equipment to Raise Product Consistency

Quality consistency is what turns a one-time buyer into a long-term partner. To further stabilize product quality and increase capacity, Jinyuyuan has completed a new round of investment in production and testing equipment.

New Curing Capacity

Additional curing presses have been installed and put into operation. With more curing capacity online, we can schedule production more flexibly, shorten lead times during peak season, and keep curing parameters tightly controlled for every batch.

Stronger Inspection Capability

On the quality side, we have expanded our inspection process covering visual checks, weight and dimension measurement, and balance testing. Every batch now passes the same checklist before packing, and inspection records are kept traceable by batch number.
